Six Dimensions is a woman-led public health agency that specializes in research development and practice. One of their main initiatives is improving black maternal-fetal health. They work closely with the community and government organizations. The work they do is impactful, which is why taking on the task of a rebrand was serious.
Dr. Burse wanted everything to look professional, yet still able to connect to the community they serve. In addition she wanted to keep their black and white color scheme but add a hint color, preferably brown.
For us that presented us with the challenge of creating a color scheme that was not drabby, as brown can easily dull aesthetics if not used properly. Through testing multiple shades and applications we found a style that worked, and worked well.
Since, our implementation of the brand style as well as maintaining the brand style through our retainer services Six Dimensions has seen increased engagement on social channels. This growth is a testament to how good brand design is incredibly more impactful when done for a brand that provides something of value.
